Dating back to the 1700s this quaint and cosy country cottage was originally a cobblers and sadlers. During the Second World War it housed Italian prisoners of war. Sympathetically restored, retaining original stonework, beams, with oak floors and doors and a unique galleried loft bedroom. It provides a very interesting base for exploring the delights of the Cambridgeshire countryside, with both the cities of Cambridge and Ely close by. Slightly further afield are Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. ....
