Built of local stone with patio doors leading to the decked patio area with large palms which lend the cottage its name. Situated in the heart of Galmpton, home of Agatha Christie, the famous author, whose house and gardens are open to the public. River Dart is within walking distance with lots of stunning country walks. The local steam train to Dartmouth is just up the road, along with sandy beaches, one being on your doorstep, called Broadsands.
