Situated less than 200 metres from the beach, these houses lie along a village road, close to Elmer Village and within half a mile along the beach of an area of outstanding natural beauty which stretches several miles from Elmer to Littlehampton. The beaches in this area remain quiet, even during the busiest summer periods and are ideal for swimming, windsurfing, sailing, fishing and walking. For people who would like more entertainment, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are close by and provide various themed attractions.
