These two holiday cottages are well located with access to the beach and close to all amenities in the town centre. Burnham on Sea is excellent for a family holiday, it has 7 miles of sandy beach ideal for kite flying, sand yachting or just relaxing and making sandcastles. Joining the sand dunes up to Brean Down to the north, overlooking Bridgewater Bay and out to the Bristol Channel, it also has a long promenade with amusements, donkey rides and its own mini pier. Renowned for its many lighthouses dotted around the town and many fishing and boat trips that are available.<br />Visit the nature haven of Stert Island or the restored Napoleonic Fort, walk up Brent Knoll for the panoramic views of the Mendip and Quantock Hills, Glastonbury Tor and Cheddar Gorge. Nearby is the Victorian seaside resort of Weston-Super-Mare and Clevedon, the historic city of Wells, Cheddar the home of the world famous cheese, caves and gorge and Wookey Hole Caves and papermill are worth a day out.
