Situated in a prime position close to the village of Brundall. Each has its own private, peaceful riverside grounds facing south across the River Yare and a nature reserve. Close to the rail station, post office, mini-market, chemist and hairdressers. Ideal for river fishing (rowing dinghy and life jackets included) or for touring the pretty Broadland villages and countryside and the Norfolk Coast. The beautiful city of Norwich, about 8 miles, is accessible by train or car. The comfortable living rooms open onto a south-facing verandah and lawn, complete with patio furniture. Adjacent to a marina, where an interesting variety of boats can be seen coming and going. Also, Brundall is a centre for boat building and boat hire for the Norfolk Broads, so there is much of interest to be observed and enjoyed in the area.
