All floors have breathtaking panoramic views to Berry Head, across Torbay and the English Riviera, and on a clear day, you can see as far as the Jurassic Coast, miles away in Dorset. A pair of binoculars is worth bringing purely for the view out of the window. This fisherman’s cottage is laid out over four floors taking advantage of the sea views. The ground floor living room has French doors leading to a small enclosed patio-style garden, again with spectacular views. The town of Brixham itself is a short but steep walk down to the shops, pubs and harbour area. Nearby the coastal footpath takes you via the harbour and town centre to Berry Head Country Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Paignton with its sandy beaches and Torquay’s many attractions are only a short drive away while Dartmoor and Cornwall are within easy access.
