This renovated holiday cottage is one of a pair and located in the village of Lanivet. Lanivet is a superb location, within easy reach of both coasts, Bodmin Moor and the Eden Project. The Retreat is located in a central yet private location within 3 minutes’ walking distance to the local pub, fish and chip shop, corner shop, park and church. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen/dining-room with slate floor, large sunny conservatory, a cosy living room with feature granite wall and wood-burning stove. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting French windows on to the balcony area and sun roof as well as en-suite facilities. The balcony commands views across the valley and is a lovely spot for a glass of wine as the sun sets. There is a self contained annexe on the ground floor, consisting of a double bedroom with sitting area and en-suite featuring a shower and free standing claw foot bath. Outside there is a secluded, peaceful garden with seating areas and barbecue. The kitchen is well-equipped with a six ring hob and enough utensils to satisfy the keenest chef.
