Cosy decorative cottage_This quaint detached holiday cottage is in the heart of the quieter, older village of Brixham. The property has an extremely pretty and decorative interior offering cosy and charming accommodation. It has its own enclosed, private rear patio garden. This property is ideal throughout the whole year, either for families looking for summer holidays near the coast or for cosy winter breaks when the town is much quieter._Brixham is a traditional seaside fishing town which forms part of the English Riviera, a great base from which to explore the South Devon region. From nearby Kingswear you can take the car on a small ferry across to Dartmouth and if you follow the coast road around to Slapton Sands you will see some of the best views and seascapes in South Devon._As well as being an AONB there are some NT properties and gardens to visit. There are lovely walks in the area, and many beaches and coves to explore.
